Refund Policy – TTT Transfer
You may request a full refund up to 5 days after your booking date. After this period, refunds are no longer available.
Why 5 days?
As soon as your booking is confirmed, we begin arranging your transfer – reserving a vehicle and assigning a professional driver. These arrangements are confirmed and paid to our partners in Turkey in advance, and we are unable to recover these costs after the 5-day period.
Bookings made less than 5 days before transfer date
If your booking is made less than 5 days before your scheduled transfer, it is not eligible for a refund, as arrangements are made immediately upon confirmation.
How to request a refund
Contact us at info@tttransfer.eu within 5 days of your booking date. Please include your booking confirmation number and reason for cancellation.
If your refund is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
